Ezra, you have played such an important part in keeping my family from completely ruining our credit. We were hit very hard by the down turn in the economy. We could not sell our property despite listing it much lower than we paid for it. I had spoken with many realtors and none of them seem to really know the process in getting a short sell approved by the bank. I had a short sale case and know nothing about it. Found a lot of short sale expert names through goggle and checked their websites. Ezra’s web site was maybe 10th or 11th I checked. His website was full of information and well in detail. When we met him, found that he is the right guy for our short sale. He is a very detailed oriented guy and keeps you posted about every step of the process. A short sale is a very tedious and timely process but Ezra is knowledgeable and resourceful which eliminates worries. He listed my property and literally had an offer in two weeks time. Even though the first Buyer did not have the patience to wait out the short sale approval, he secured another Buyer in no time. Ezra, I want to start by saying it was pleasure working with you. I had never been through a short sell before and was really clueless on the process. I spoke to friends and acquaintances that had been through the process and they all said it was very long and grueling. Some of them were still trying to accomplish the short sell and they had been at it for over a year! Needless to say when I met you I was skeptical when you told me you had a 100% close rate and most closed in 4 – 6 months. I felt more at ease once you put my place up for sell and we had 6 buyers in the first weekend. You kept me well informed and you were very accurate in the time lines of how the short sell process went.
